Water is used in a wide variety of bodily processes including digestion, absorption, & metabolism of food and nutrients. If your body is lacking in h2o, it’s much more difficult for the body to be efficient!
2. Your body consists primarily of water.
Your muscles? 70-75% water.
Your brain? Same.
Blood Volume? Yep, even more.
When your body is dehydrated, the first reaction your body has is to decrease its blood volume. That means you have less blood to circulate to your muscles & brain. Not ideal! With less blood volume, your heart has to work extra hard to pump & circulate it through your body. Make it easier on yourself, & hydrate!!
3. It’s all you need to “detox” your body.
