Despite all the accessible sports nutrition information on the internet, mismarketed supplements that promise “magical” solutions and false diet advertising often results in athletes not reaching their true sports performance potential. I have worked with countless athletes to identify WHY they are not reaching their athletic potential, and unlocking the key to their success through purposeful diet planning. I’ve had great success identifying athletes that unintentionally underfuel, and have flourished with a few, small dietary changes. Athletes often come in curious to why nutrition can help with their performance, and I bridge the gap through simple explanations of these concepts and easy-to-understand recommendations to help athletes meet their nutritional needs.
